Our Pre and Post Natal exercise class is perfect for women at any stage during or after pregnancy.
This class helps you rebuild your fitness, your muscular alignment, stability, and strength during the lead up to or after childbirth. You can even bring your little ones with you and take advantage of the free child minding in our creche.
Develop Strength & Repair Muscles
We work on building the pelvic floor muscles to avoid any embarrassing mishaps (no more running for the toilet). We also focus on developing strength and repairing those muscles that can be damaged due to childbirth.
Have young kids that aren’t at school yet?
You are more than welcome to bring them along too! Let them play in the creche and make new friends. Don’t forget, they will want a milkshake from the onsite Healthy Café.
